I'm inspector John Bentley, and I have the experience and expertise to ensure that your inspection will be thorough and accurate. I have over ten years of experience with organizing and directly supervising construction projects. I was initially a foreman and later a superintendent for a general contracting firm, where I managed assignments ranging from home repairs to multimillion-dollar projects. During your inspection, I will use the latest technology to produce a comprehensive report on a tablet. Pictures of notable defects are included in the report, which can be delivered electronically to anyone, anywhere, within 24 hours. If you prefer, bound printed reports are also available.

Before starting Integrity Building Inspections Plus, I served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a Combat Engineer. I am a veteran of the Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom conflicts. In my service to this great nation, I learned and adopted poise, precision, and most of all, integrity as a way of life.
